Agreement to terms

Welcome to puffland.nz (the ‘site’), a website hosted and operated by Puffland (‘we’, ‘our’).
These terms apply to the entire contents of the site, to any web feeds produced by the site and to any feedback or submissions provided through the site. By viewing and using the site, you will be deemed to agree to these Terms of use.

Disclaimer

Puffland disclaims and excludes all liability for any claim, loss, demand or damages of any kind whatsoever (including for negligence) arising out of or in connection with the use of either this website or the information, content or materials included on this site or on any website we link to.

Continuity of service

Puffland makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, as to continuity of service. It reserves the right to suspend, terminate or otherwise alter access to some or all of the site’s services at any time and without notice.

Your licence to us for contributions

Other than personal information, which is covered under the Privacy Policy, any material you transmit or post to the site is considered non-confidential. This includes feedback or submissions you provide.
We do not claim to own your copyright material. You do, however, grant Puffland a non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable licence to:

  • publish such material in any format, including:

    • on this or any other website
    • in hard copy publications
    • in email notifications or alerts
    • in web feeds, and

  • sub-license such material for re-use by others on the same terms as the licence you’ve granted Puffland. 

Third party copyright

If your contributions to the site include material in which copyright or other intellectual property is owned by a third party, you warrant that you have the right to use that material and to grant the licence referred to in, and on the terms of, the clause above.

Revisions to these Terms of use

Puffland may revise these Terms of use at any time. Any such revisions take effect when this page is published.

Shipping 

We strive to get your purchases from Puffland to you as swiftly as possible. Once an order is placed on our website by noon, we commit to dispatching it the same day. Delivery timelines are 2-3 business days for urban areas, however, please be advised that for rural deliveries, it may take a bit longer due to the logistics involved.

Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends. Consequently, if an order is placed after noon on Friday, the earliest it will be dispatched is the following Monday, with delivery expected by Wednesday or Thursday for urban areas, and potentially later for rural areas. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and thank you for shopping with Puffland.

Refunds & Exchanges for faulty Products

Overview

  1. Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Without limiting any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 Puffland will fulfil its obligation.

  1. All the claims of missing or Misplaced parcels are to be made within 7 days of the delivery.
  2. Puffland has to be contacted by phone or email before returning the products.
  3. Products damaged or faulty upon arrival are to be reported to Puffland within 7 days of delivery.
  4. In any unlikely event if Puffland accidentally misplaced or supplied the buyer any wrong product, the buyer is required to contact the Puffland any misplaced or wrongly supplied should be organized to ship back in an unopened and unused condition.
  5. Any item purchased on sale and clearance is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  6. Electronic products like Vapes mods, vape devices, Dry Vaporizers, Scales, Electronic Grinders, Batteries, Chargers has different warranty periods.
  7. Electronic cigarette devices, vape devices, Vaporizers will be accepted for inspection for warranty with a proof of purchase.
  8. Warranty only covers manufacturing faults. Puffland can refuse the warranty in case of damage caused by misuse, Incorrect installation or incorrect storage, any accidental or indirect damages.
  9. Batteries, scales, chargers and electronic grinders have different life-spans and recharging cycles and they all have different warranty periods please check it with Puffland customer support at info@puffland.nz to agree on return periods.
  10. Puffland does not guarantee to accept return or exchange products on change of mind condition. Puffland reserves the right to refuse the return with appropriate reason.
  11. The buyer will be liable for the shipping fee in case of return or exchange on change of mind.
  12. Once the item is received it will undergo a review and once approved, the buyer will either receive an exchange, credit back or refund.
  13. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  14. All the refill vape devices comes with 60 days warranty only and electronic scales comes with 7 days warranty
  15. Disposable vapes does not cover under warranty as this is consumable product.
 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
 

Shipping returns

  1. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 202 Chadwick Road Greerton , Tauranga 3110
  2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  4. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
